Raffi Babaian – vcard

Raffi Babaian is an associate at Encore Law Group involved in matters relating to intellectual property, business finance and securities, corporate transactions, entity formation and governance, employment law and insurance law.

Raffi has extensive experience in the fashion, apparel, cosmetics and insurance industries and in risk management. Having been a business owner for more than a decade prior to attending law school, he brings a unique perspective to the clients of the firm. He is also active in A Sense of Home, an organization that assists youths as they exit the foster care system.

Raffi earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating summa cum laude, and his J.D. from Loyola Law School. While at UCLA, he was a member of the College Honors Program. At Loyola Law School, he served on the Student Bar Association and its Registrar Committee and participated in the Copyright Moot Court.
