SENIOR ATTORNEY

Angela Chan focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements and venture financings, entity formation and governance, business contracts, and general corporate counseling.

She represents entrepreneurs, startups, middle-market companies, and private investors across a broad range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, retail, financial services, entertainment, and real estate.

Before joining Encore, Angela was a partner at Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP in Beverly Hills, and previously an associate in the Los Angeles office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP.
