Daniel Avalos
Danny Avalos is an attorney with Encore Law Group. He focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements and venture financings, entity formation and governance, business contracts, and general corporate counseling.
He represents entrepreneurs, startups, middle-market companies, and private investors across a broad range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, retail, financial services, entertainment, and real estate.
Before joining Encore, Danny was an associate at Raines Feldman Littrell LLP in Century City, practicing in the firm's corporate department. Prior to that, he was an associate at Hanna Brophy LLP in Los Angeles, where he represented insurers in complex workers compensation matters.
