Encore Law Group is sharpening its focus around the transactional work that has defined the firm from its founding in 2011: mergers and acquisitions, startup formation, private investment raises, partnership structuring, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
This reflects where the firm's work has been concentrated for some time. Over the past several years, the matters that came in the door skewed increasingly toward transactional work, and this update simply makes that focus explicit. It's a deliberate choice, not a response to any single event, made to ensure every matter the firm takes on gets the level of attention our transactional clients expect.
For existing clients, this doesn't change how you work with us. It means the matters we take on going forward will sit even more squarely in the areas where the firm has the deepest experience, which should translate into faster turnaround and superb results. If you have a matter that falls outside this core scope, we'll tell you directly and help you find the right fit rather than taking it on as a stretch.
