Welcoming Danny Avalos to the Firm
Danny joins the firm's corporate and securities practice.
Encore Law Group is pleased to welcome Danny Avalos as an attorney in the firm, focused on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements and venture financings, entity formation and governance, and business contracts.
Danny represents entrepreneurs, startups, middle-market companies and private investors across a range of industries, from technology and manufacturing to retail, financial services, entertainment and real estate. Before joining Encore, he was an associate at Raines Feldman Littrell LLP in Century City, practicing in the firm's corporate department, and earlier in his career at Hanna Brophy LLP in Los Angeles. He holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he was a finalist on the Transactional Negotiation Team, and a B.A. in Journalism from California State University, Northridge.
His work spans complex M&A transactions from start to close, convertible note and SAFE financings for early-stage startups, and entity formation, helping founders choose the structure that actually fits their goals rather than the default.
